Welcome to my Solar Plexus Chakra Meditation.

This Meditation is approximately 20 minutes long, it is Best listened to with headphones for the full effect of the 528hz.

The combination of the beautiful music, produced by Leah.O. and my meditation, is written to take you through contemplation of themes that bubble up in this energy centre.

You are your own healer; this meditation is designed to assist you. Create a moment to open yourself to a relaxed state of mind and body. Enjoy the infusion of reiki energy, should you be open to receiving it, contemplation of my words and sound healing from the music and 528hz.

These themes run in all sorts of various ways, circumstantial, deep-rooted for years or maybe even something you carry for your ancestors subconsciously. They also can bubble up from time to time, so this healing can be repeated when needed.

Find a comfortable, quiet place to sit, or lie down undisturbed for 20 minutes. Try to quieten the mind by concentrating on my voice, it will guide you through the whole track.

If you find your mind wandering, don’t panic, just gently steer your mind back to my voice or the rhythm of your breath.

Remember to drink plenty of water after your meditation, hydration also supports the body with the healing process.
